Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to love everything you order! If you aren’t completely satisfied with something you’ve ordered, you can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please email support@browze.com and our team will guide through the return process.

Refunds will show on your statement within five days.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is simple: you can cancel any order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can only cancel an order that is not yet in transit. You will receive a full refund for canceled orders.

If it has been more than 24 hours and your order is already in transit, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund once it is delivered.
